The Inclusion Specialist is responsible for working with individuals 1:1 or small groups 1:3 of youth with special needs to facilitate their inclusion into YMCA programs. This position is responsible for leading students participating in childcare programming to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, actively engage in planning and implementation of quality YMCA programs and objectives, and serve as a positive role model.

Enthusiastically represents the YMCA by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job through the four character values of caring, honesty, inclusion, respect and responsibility.   The Site Aide is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor and/or Assistant Site Supervisor in preparing, implementing, and supervising activities for the children at the assigned school site.  

Positions open throughout Monmouth County - The YMCA is looking for Assistant Site Supervisors to aid in preparing, implementing, and supervising activities for the children for before or after school programs throughout our school partners in Monmouth County. Under supervision of the FT Preschool Head Teacher and Coordinator, the Preschool/Infant Teacher Assistant, shall assist in the supervision of the children, in his/her designated YMCA Infant or Preschool classroom.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing quality programming and scheduling for assigned Monmouth county before and after school site. This Supervisor is responsible for the site environment, communicating with parents, students, school administration when necessary, as well as supervising and directing staff and students. The Site Supervisor must also demonstrate a commitment to our YMCA philosophy and core values – caring, honesty, inclusion, respect, and responsibility.
