Positions open throughout Monmouth County - The YMCA is looking for Assistant Site Supervisors to aid in preparing, implementing, and supervising activities for the children for before or after school programs throughout our school partners in Monmouth County. Available shifts are 7-9 am and/or 3-6 pm from September through June. Flexible schedules!
Under supervision of the FT Preschool Head Teacher and Coordinator, the Preschool/Infant Teacher Assistant, shall assist in the supervision of the children, in his/her designated YMCA Infant or Preschool classroom.
Join our YMCA Team! Under the direct supervision of the Sports and Youth Enrichment Director, the Kids Club Associate is responsible for quality childcare and babysitting. The Associate has a complete knowledge of the YMCA mission, character counts, and programs which include policies, rates, programs and the facility. The Kids Club Associate implements the program activities and guides the development of the children, ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy environment. The Kids Club Associate must interact with adults and the children in a harmonious manner.

The Mentor at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined. Under the supervision of the Program Director and the administrative staff of the Family Care Program, Parent Coaches will provide direct service to parents and caretakers referred to the program by the Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P) or by one of the systems partners of NJ’s Children’s System of Care.
