The Associate has a complete knowledge of the YMCA mission, character counts, and programs which include policies, rates, programs and the facility. The Kids Club Associate implements the program activities and guides the development of the children, ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy environment. The Kids Club Associate must interact with adults and the children in a harmonious manner.

The Y of Greater Monmouth County is seeking a passionate and experienced STEAM Instructor intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined. The STEAM Instructor must have the ability to prepare and instruct from the curriculum provided and be comfortable instructing school-aged children in non-traditional environments all while ensuring the safety, and wellbeing of the students. Experience and basic knowledge in art, science, engineering, and/or mathematics is preferred.   Approximately 20 hours per week
