Positions open throughout Monmouth County - The YMCA is looking for Assistant Site Supervisors to aid in preparing, implementing, and supervising activities for the children for before or after school programs throughout our school partners in Monmouth County. Under supervision of the FT Preschool Head Teacher and Coordinator, the Preschool/Infant Teacher Assistant, shall assist in the supervision of the children, in his/her designated YMCA Infant or Preschool classroom.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing quality programming and scheduling for assigned Monmouth county before and after school site. This Supervisor is responsible for the site environment, communicating with parents, students, school administration when necessary, as well as supervising and directing staff and students.
