A Coach 1 will carry out the workouts set forth by the Head Swim Team Coach or higher level Coaches; Their role is to correct and instruct all stroke and drill methods used by team.  Attendance any or all dual meets, invitational meets and championship meets. As part of the coaching team, all coaches are expected to contribute maintaining a successful YMCA competitive swim program.

Under the guidance of the Summer League Head Coach, an Assistant Summer League Coach is responsible for assisting at practices for the team and providing instruction of all stroke and drill methods and corrections. The function of the Clinical Supervisor is to provide clinical oversight and to assist in the administration of the program services.  Service provision includes evaluative services, clinical treatment, therapeutic interventions and discharge planning.  All clinical services are offered in compliance with agency requirements for licensure and accreditation.
