Per Diem Clinicians wanted to support the ever growing needs in Monmouth and Ocean County. Individual and family therapy are the core clinical offerings of this position. It also includes providing services at schools and licensed satellite locations, which will require acting as the agency liaison. Caseloads consist of children, adolescents and/or adults with behavioral and mental health issues. Consultation with referral sources and completing progress reports is necessary, as indicated.   Staff are needed in the following areas in Monmouth & Ocean County:  

The function of the Clinical Supervisor is to provide clinical oversight and to assist in the administration of the program services.  Service provision includes evaluative services, clinical treatment, therapeutic interventions and discharge planning.  All clinical services are offered in compliance with agency requirements for licensure and accreditation. 

Under the direct supervision of the Sports & Youth Enrichment Director, the Kids Club supervisor is responsible for quality childcare and babysitting. The supervisor has a complete knowledge of the YMCA mission, character counts, and programs which include policies, rates, programs, and the facility. The Kids Club supervisor implements the program activities and guides the development of the children, ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy environment. In the absence of the Sports & Youth Enrichment Director, the Kids Club supervisor assumes a leadership role. The Kids Club supervisor must interact with adults and the children in a harmonious manner.
