The Inclusion Specialist is responsible for working with individuals 1:1 or small groups 1:3 of youth with special needs to facilitate their inclusion into YMCA programs. This position is responsible for leading students participating in childcare programming to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, actively engage in planning and implementation of quality YMCA programs and objectives, and serve as a positive role model.

Under supervision of the FT Preschool Head Teacher and Coordinator, the Preschool/Infant Teacher Assistant, shall assist in the supervision of the children, in his/her designated YMCA Infant or Preschool classroom.

A Coach 1 will carry out the workouts set forth by the Head Swim Team Coach or higher level Coaches; Their role is to correct and instruct all stroke and drill methods used by team.  Attendance any or all dual meets, invitational meets and championship meets. As part of the coaching team, all coaches are expected to contribute maintaining a successful YMCA competitive swim program.

The Head Lifeguard assures the safety of all aquatic participants in and around the pool area, maintains a safe pool environment, and supervises all other lifeguards. In the absence of the Aquatic Director, the Head Lifeguard supervises all functions in the pool area.   Candidates will need to have flexibility in their schedule to work evening and/or weekend hours.
