Per Diem Clinicians wanted to support the ever growing needs in Monmouth and Ocean County. Individual and family therapy are the core clinical offerings of this position. It also includes providing services at schools and licensed satellite locations, which will require acting as the agency liaison. The Head Lifeguard assures the safety of all aquatic participants in and around the pool area, maintains a safe pool environment, and supervises all other lifeguards. In the absence of the Aquatic Director, the Head Lifeguard supervises all functions in the pool area.   Candidates will need to have flexibility in their schedule to work evening and/or weekend hours. 

The Inclusion Specialist is responsible for working with individuals 1:1 or small groups 1:3 of youth with special needs to facilitate their inclusion into YMCA programs. This position is responsible for leading students participating in childcare programming to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, actively engage in planning and implementation of quality YMCA programs and objectives, and serve as a positive role model.

Under supervision of the FT Preschool Head Teacher and Coordinator, the Preschool/Infant Teacher Assistant, shall assist in the supervision of the children, in his/her designated YMCA Infant or Preschool classroom.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing quality programming and scheduling for assigned Monmouth county before and after school site. This Supervisor is responsible for the site environment, communicating with parents, students, school administration when necessary, as well as supervising and directing staff and students. As part of the coaching team, all coaches are expected to contribute maintaining a successful YMCA competitive swim program.
